Ranging in heat from 1,500,000 to 2,200,000 SHUs on the Scoville scale it is a hybrid of the Bhut Jolokia and Red Savina Habanero chillies, both former Guinness World Record holders themselves, and it looks as nasty as it stings. Originating in South Carolina USA, this chilli has been known to hospitalise people because of its potency, it may be better to stick to the hot sauce version.
