This hot sauce harnesses the sweet-tart flavour of plums in combination with the fruity taste of Moruga Scorpion chillies, all moderated by the tartness of lime and sweetness of honey. By itself the heat of the Moruga Scorpion chilli is enough to provide an intense heat but the addition of chilli extract just blows the heat level out of the stratosphere. - Rodney@ChilliBOM
